Its very hard job to make a new gprs proxy setting profile to browser internet in every Nokia S40 phone and its very annoying when trying to create a proxy settings for any purpose like free browsing or anything else. The solution is simply to create a gprs proxy setting profile also known as provision file or .prov. So here I'm providing some downloadable and online tool to create free .prov files after many user requested to give a solution for this. ~Finally Enter following details as your needs:
* Name (any name for profile like BSNL Live or Reliance Net)
* Proxy IP Address
* Proxy Port Number
* Proxy Access Point Name (APN)
* Username and Password (If needed)
* Internet Homepage (can fill any or leave as it is)
* MMS Settings (Only if need a MMS setting)
~Now click on "Generate PROV" to get your the prov file
~You also use Show XML button if you wants to see it in xml format.

How to Use Nokia S40 Prov File Maker for Java J2ME Mobile:
~Download the app available below.
~Install in any java supported phone.
~Enter the required configuration settings to generate a pro file.
~See the example in image here
~Click on OK to save and get the .prov file.
How to Use the PROV File in My Phone:
~Send this .prov file through Bluetooth or infrared to a nokia S40 phone
~You will receive message like "New Configuration Settings Received "
~Save the settings in the phone to use
~Now goto your settings and configuration and make this setting as default in your phone
~Also activate as default settings in all applications
When transferring the file .prov to your phone, don't copy that file and paste in your phone. You need to right click the file and send to Bluetooth to the phone in which file need to use. File transfer should go through "object push" not by " file transfer" method. If still the file is not getting send correctly then first transfer it to another phone and then send it to your phone through Bluetooth.
Simply you can use any method to get this file to your phone via Bluetooth.
