NEW DELHI: Indian mobile manufacturer Micromax has started taking pre-orders for its upcoming Canvas 4 smartphone. However, it has not revealed the specifications or the price of the handset as of now. On the Canvas 4 website, Micromax says that it will unveil the phone and its price on July 8. Previously, Micromax released two teasers of Canvas 4 on its YouTube channel, which showed that the phone has a 13MP camera on the back. The tagline of the smartphone is "Can Life Be Endless" suggests long battery life. Speculation is rife that the phone will have an eight-core processor, just like Samsung Galaxy S4. Reports citing sources at Micromax claim that the phone will have a price tag of Rs 17,000, run of Android 4.2 (Jelly Bean) and a 5MP camera. Micromax says that 10 customers who pre-book the device before July 6 will be invited to the Canvas 4 launch event. The manufacturer is taking advanced bookings for Canvas 4 at Rs 5,000. The remaining sum needs to be paid within 7 days of launch and the smartphone will be delivered by July 15. While Micromax requires the Rs 5,000 to be paid in full at the time of booking, the remainder amount can be paid in instalments. Those who book Canvas 4 but later decide not to purchase it can ask for refunds at the Micromax e-store. The booking amount will be refunded within 7-10 days without levying any interest, said Micromax. Micromax in January said that it will launch a total of 30 smartphones this year. New Apple iPhone 5S rumours point to 20 September launch

Ready? Here we go! More predictions are flying around the web regarding the rumoured next moves by Apple, specifically surrounding the iPhone 5S smartphone that numerous pundits and Apple fans are expecting to see come down Apple's pipeline sooner rather than later. The International Business Times' Dave Smith is joining the fray with a prediction that the iPhone 5S – Apple's sixth-generation handset – will hit retail channels this year, accompanied by Apple's rumoured low-cost, colour-cased iPhone that's designed to appeal to emerging markets and/or those who can't otherwise break the bank for an Apple smartphone. So, without further ado, the predictions: according to Smith, Apple's going to launch the iPhone 5S on 20 September. It will likely announce the device at an event on or around 10 September. The low-cost iPhone – be it the iPhone 6, the iPhone Light, or the iPhone Lil' (my suggestion) — would have to wait a week or two before its official launch, likely on 27 September or 4 October. Got it? Now, the reasoning: Smith's not just pulling out a crystal ball and picking days at random. Rather, he opines that Apple is likely to use the same time-frame for the official release of iOS 7 as it did for iOS 6 – 100 days after the operating system was officially unveiled. Since CEO Tim Cook showed off iOS 7 at this year's Worldwide Developers Conference on 10 June, flashing forward 100 days puts the (alleged) consumer release date of the operating system on 18 September. "That said, Apple would never release its newest iOS without some new hardware to go with it. This is why we fully expect Apple to release the iPhone 5S just two days after the release date for iOS 7, on 20 September," Smith writes. As for the launch of the to-be-named low-cost iPhone, Smith speculates that Apple would want to delay the release a bit, so as to not make its retail stores too crowded with simultaneous launches of two big devices. How well do Smith's predictions stack up against the rest of the Apple punditry as of late? Pretty well, in fact: AppleInsider recently reported that Avago Technologies, which makes wireless chips found in Apple's iPhones, has teased that one of its larger customers is gearing up for a new product launch. Some analysts see that "larger customer" as Apple, and that "new product launch" as a sign that Apple's gearing up for an iPhone 5S September launch. However, Citigroup's Glen Yeung has recently taken to the airwaves to comment that iPhone 5S production has likely been delayed anywhere from two to four weeks, based on comments he's heard from manufacturers and suppliers within Apple's supply chain. "And while this does not preclude a September iPhone 5S launch date, we suspect volumes in September may consequently be challenged," Yeung said. As for the low-cost iPhone Apple allegedly has in the works, a recent report from the China Times suggests that supplies have already started shipping parts for the device. That bodes well for an autumn release date. When, specifically, is anybody's guess - and expect to see a lot more guessing as we head through the summer months. Top superstars of the show – WWE RAW (24/06/13)

FOR FULL SHOW TAKE A view AT THIS link

WWE raw FULL SHOW

It’s not an easy task to follow up on a show as awesome as the RAW last week, where WWE put out one of the best shows in a very long time. This week’s show% % Orton, already a veteran in this business, has always been a great worker and capable of consistently producing good-to-great matches with most people in the company. He does get a bit of heat for being predictable and essentially wrestling the same type of match every time. But this Monday night, he pulled out all the stops when it came to wrestling a match in a style that suited his adversary more. And it wasn’t even a pay-per-view.<span=" full post">Top superstars of the show – WWE RAW (24/06/13)  Both men left it all in the ring, and outside of it (thanks to the street fight rules) and Randy took major punishment and didn’t wrestle his usual style which sees him controlling the proceedings. While the match ended with DB as the winner, Orton sure didn’t lose and his show of sportsmanship went down great with the audience. Chris Jericho RAW is Jerichooooo…..very hard to argue when this man says it, because it isn’t just a catchphrase that caught on. It really is the truth and for Y2J to be doing it this good for this long, it is nothing short of mind-boggling. I am a huge Jericho-holic and one of the many reasons why is because of his incomparable work rate. While guys from the earlier era who still wrestle, such as Taker, Rock & Triple H are essentially inactive or on a part-time schedule, Jericho is still hanging in there with the best the industry has to offer on a weekly basis and does better than all on most nights. The quintessential company man that he is, he doesn’t choose his spots or positioning and gives his 100 % every night and last Monday was no different. His match with the World Heavyweight champion Alberto Del Rio was spectacular and filled with near-falls and it didn’t even end with a proper result. He even put Dolph over on his way out off the match, further solidifying his ‘bullet-proof’ status. Daniel Bryan What can be said about this guy, who seems to be making a habit of stealing the show every time there is a show! It speaks volume about his star-status that the pint-sized Bryan got to open the show and close the show too. In between all of that, we were treated to pure sports-entertainment, with energetic promos and breathtaking action in the ring. His match with Orton was deservedly the main-event and left no one guessing on whether Daniel Bryan has arrived. Not the one to slow his pace for anyone, he found able company in Orton who kept his end up and the result was violence at its artistic best. A chairshot, kendo stick shots to the head and crashing through the table couldn’t put the little man away and when he cranked on the Yes Lock with all his might, pulling Orton with the weapon, we saw a sight that added more credibility to DB’s imminent shot at the WWE championship….a tap-out by the ‘Apex Predator’! An awesome match to end a great night for the WWE.
